BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

Before becoming a coach, I spent years in a high-stress corporate role, working long hours and running my body into the ground. I was constantly wired and exhausted, living on caffeine, skipping meals, sleeping poorly, and dealing with regular pain, gut issues, and an inability to switch off. Training was never the problem though; I used it as an outlet, pushing harder and harder in an attempt to outrun the stress, which only made things worse. That experience is what shaped my approach today. With over a decade of coaching behind me, I focus on building health first, so people can train, perform, and pursue goals without burning out — even with the demands of work, family, and a busy life.
