STAGE ONE
INITIAL CONSULTATION + 1ST MONTH
We start with a deep dive into what you’re already eating and how it fits your life. You’ll track your usual intake for a few days so I can see the full picture—no judgment, just data. From there we build a strategy and spend the first month putting it into action.

STAGE TWO
MONTHLY ADHERENCE & MAINTENANCE
This is where consistency lives. We’ll keep momentum with a monthly 20-minute call, regular check-ins, and updates to keep your plan aligned with your goals. Stay here for as long as it serves you.

STAGE THREE
MAINTENANCE & MEMBERSHIP
You’ve found your rhythm and you’re cruising. You still get email support plus access to a private membership space stocked with resources—cookbooks, weekly updates, and fresh content to keep you inspired and accountable.

I’m in your corner the whole way. I’m your coach, this is not a spectator sport.
