After a decade of in-person coaching, I moved my business online to help more people train on their terms without compromising careers, family life, or freedom.
Because I get it, I’m in my mid-40s, juggling two businesses, raising kids, and still chasing performance.
I’ve trained in gyms for over 25 years, climbed into the boxing ring, played high-level tennis, climbed to Everest Base Camp, completed triathlons, done HYROX for fun, and raced everything from 5Ks to half marathons.
So when I say I understand the juggle of high performance while managing real life, I mean it.
